Welcome to the York Artists Guild (YAG) site. The York Artists Guild is a not for profit organization. This is a member run site and all contents are copyright of the Guild. Our Vision and Mission The Guild’s vision is to be one of the leading arts associations and a respected provider of exhibition opportunities for members and other artists. The Guild is a resource for information and art enhancement for artists of all ages, race, colour or creed, and a gathering place for artists and other community members for mutual interaction & mutual benefit. We strive to become valuable asset to the arts and extended community in Toronto. The Guild’s mission is to provide a stimulating, open and supportive place or setting where members can meet to create works of art, exchange ideas and increase their skills. The Guild is committed to improving skills for all member artists and to promoting art awareness and education through workshops and seminars, exhibits, fellowship, and the provision of a forum for art-related community events. The Guild embraces creators at all levels of skill and expertise who produce visual art intended for presentation as originals or reproductions. |
